What to Expect During Cryotherapy

Our cryotherapy offers full-body relief. To do this, you will use a special chamber from Artica Systems. Artica Systems is at the forefront of cryotherapy technology, and we're proud to be the first electric cryotherapy provider in the state of Oregon.

Before you enter the chamber, we will equip you with protective gear to cover your hands and feet while protecting your skin. Once inside the chamber, the temperature will be rapidly cooled with dehydrated, sub-zero air. Absolutely no hazardous gases are used in our electric cryotherapy system. While inside the chamber, you will be able to clearly see out of the window.

The typical session will last between three and five minutes. Most people report a feeling of euphoria and a surge of energy immediately after their first session.
